great value for money, huge portions! the staff who served us were amazing (Shout out to Ankita and Sachina) Ordered The OG Fried chicken, The Deebo and custom Mac ad cheese (Chicken, bacon, alfredo sauce, macaroni, capsicum, tomato, red onion, aioli, breadcrumbs, 2 cheese blend) Liked the chicken burger best. The food court is nothing special, not Thuggs fault though. They do what they can atmosphere wise with vibrant graffiti style wall art! Also their gravy is bomb!

the new mac bar is amazing!!!!! so many options you can customise however you like your mac and cheese. i ordered ground beef cheddar sauce and chipotle, it was incredible, very good taste and texture. staff were very friendly and offered all the options. would recommend!! huge portion as well, easily shared between 2 - worth the money.

My first experience here was fantastic. I'm gluten intolerant and don't eat meat, which is a tough combination, but the lady at the cash register was so friendly and accommodating. She even double checked their ingredients without me asking to ensure I wouldn't accidentally ingest any wheat. The haloumi burger on a gluten free bun was delicious, and the chips and gravy were also gluten free. My husband enjoyed his haloumi burger on a normal bun and cheesy fries. It also has quite a unique and cool look which really makes it stand out in the food court.

The atmosphere and vibe is great, and the staff are super friendly. I recently tried their spicy B2B chicken burger and the choose your own Mac Bar. The burger was simple but delicious, super yummy crunchy chicken and a great spicy sauce all for a very reasonable price. The Mac Bar is also super fun, pick your own sauces and toppings and make a delicious custom macaroni and cheese! All in all, a really friendly and fun joint with great food at great prices.
